This cabin features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with extra sleeping in the living room and a loft upstairs by the pool table. Enjoy the new appliances in the kitchen and privacy from the decks on the front and back of the cabin. You can not escape the healing sounds of the nearby waterfall no matter where you are on this property. When you are done enjoying all the amenities of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg just minutes from this Sky Harbor cabin, come back and relax in the hot tub to wind down your day. This cabin has all the amenities you will need with close proximity to all the attractions you, your family, and your friends will need for your Smoky Mountain vacation.
*The waterfall is not accessible, or not in view from the cabin and the waterfall sounds depend on the season and amount of rainfall*
*Disclosure: The Premises is equipped with exterior security/recording cameras. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch for false alarms. Security cameras are not monitored and should not be relied on for personal safety. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property. Security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies."
A signed Rental Agreement is required from Red Door Getaways after booking. We will email it to you after the booking process. You MUST e-sign and return to us to complete your booking.
Please note: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund of the amount payable (if the trip is paid in full, otherwise the initial deposit is held) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund (minus the cleaning fee) if you cancel within 30 days of your arrival.
Reservations can not be changed within 30 days of your arrival.
