Welcome to Rocky Top View, located in the perfect location of Sky Harbor! Our property boasts breathtaking views, ensuring you have the best backdrop for your vacation. With a full walkout basement and two 70" televisions and two 42-inch televisions, you can relax and enjoy all the comforts of home. The hot tub is the perfect spot to soak away your stress while admiring the stunning views. Enjoy 720 square feet of covered deck and porch space, as well as a yard to stroll around and take in the fresh mountain air. Our brand-new construction features stainless steel appliances and Quartz countertops, adding a touch of luxury to your stay. Located fairly secluded and with the National Park as the back property line, our rental is one of the highest home sights on the mountain. Our property features a pool table, foosball table, arcade game, tiki toss, ring toss, and a game table with 80 board games, providing endless entertainment for the whole family. Our rental has two family room areas, two king-size beds, a large loft, a full-size washer and dryer, and a dishwasher, ensuring you have all the amenities you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. *A signed Rental Agreement and a valid photo ID are required from Red Door Getaways after booking. Following your booking, we will send these documents to you. To finalize your reservation, you MUST electronically sign and send these documents back to us.
Please note: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.
*Disclosure: The Premises is equipped with exterior security/recording cameras. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch for false alarms. Security cameras are not under constant surveillance and should not be considered a dependable measure for personal safety. No cameras are placed facing the hot tub, inside, or with any view of the interior of the property. Security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund of the amount payable (if the trip is paid in full, otherwise the initial deposit is held) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund (minus the cleaning fee) if you cancel within 30 days of your arrival.
Reservations can not be changed within 30 days of your arrival.
