Experience the best of Gatlinburg at Bear Pass, a new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom craftsman-style home located within walking distance to downtown. This property boasts a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a living room with a seasonal (Oct 1- April 1) gas fireplace and flat-screen TV. There are two comfortable queen guest bedrooms that share a bathroom with a custom tiled walk-in shower, and a spacious king master suite with its own custom tiled walk-in shower. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. Whether you're looking to stay close to all the action or simply enjoy a cozy night in, Bear Pass is the perfect choice for families.

**Disclosure: The Premises is equipped with exterior security/recording cameras. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch for false alarms. Security cameras are not under constant surveillance and should not be considered a dependable measure for personal safety. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property. Security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies.
Please note: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.
**To finalize your booking with Red Door Getaways, you must sign a Rental Agreement and provide a state or federal photo ID. We will send you a link to our "Boarding Pass" guest portal via text message, where you can securely upload your ID and a matching selfie. Once these are completed, you will receive access to the property guidebook. Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive the signed agreement and valid ID.**
CANCELLATION POLICY:
100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund of the amount payable (if the trip is paid in full, otherwise the initial deposit is held) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund (minus the cleaning fee) if you cancel within 30 days of your arrival.
Reservations can not be changed within 30 days of your arrival.
