Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before booking.
1–4 Bedroom Properties
- Cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid.
- Cancellations made 14–29 days before check-in receive a 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
- If only the 50% deposit has been paid, no additional refund will be issued.
- No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in.
5+ Bedroom Properties
- Cancellations made 60 or more days before check-in receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid.
- Cancellations made 30–59 days before check-in receive a 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
- If only the 50% deposit has been paid, no additional refund will be issued.
- No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in.
Reservation Changes
Modifications to a reservation are not permitted within 30 days of arrival.
Additional Notes
- Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage purchasing our travel insurance to protect your trip in case of illness, weather, or other unforeseen events.
- Weather & Road Conditions: No refunds are provided for inclement weather, power outages, or travel delays unless a county-wide closure occurs.
- You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve.
- No smoking or vaping inside any property.
- No parties or events permitted.
- Photo ID Required
