Each spacious bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while the main living space features hand-scraped hardwood floors, a cathedral ceiling, and a stack-stone seasonal (Oct 1- April 1) wood burning fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is a blend of elegance and functionality with wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. The master suite offers private deck access, an ensuite with a custom tile shower, and an adjoining laundry closet. Two other bedrooms share a bath equipped with a jetted tub. The vast sunroom, with its panoramic windows, leads to an impressive 3/4-wrap deck, offering over 800 sq ft of scenic vistas. The property also features a guest cottage with a king bed, bunk beds, and an ensuite. Additional amenities include an elevator to the carport, a game room with shuffleboard and arcade games, a firepit by the creek, over 700' of Webb Creek frontage, paths to a gazebo, a hot tub, and a swing. **Dog Fee: $95 per dog plus tax, up to a maximum of 3 dogs.**
Please note: The property is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund of the amount payable (if the trip is paid in full, otherwise the initial deposit is held) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund (minus the cleaning fee) if you cancel within 30 days of your arrival.
Reservations can not be changed within 30 days of your arrival.
