Bird's Nest Description
Experience the beauty of the Smoky Mountains at the Bird's Nest cabin. Located in peaceful Wears Valley, just 8.5 miles from Pigeon Forge and 18 miles from Gatlinburg, this newly decorated vacation rental is the perfect place to relax and recharge. The cabin features 2 king bedrooms, each with plenty of space for adults to stretch out and relax. The main level includes a fully stocked kitchen, a living room with a flat-screen TV and gas seasonal (Oct 1- April 1) fireplace, and a front deck. The back deck features extra seating and a hot tub, perfect for enjoying the sounds of nature after a long day of exploring the area's attractions. The lower level of the cabin features an electric fireplace, a kids' nook with built-in full-size bunk beds, and an arcade game for late-night fun. This level also has its own oversized bathroom and private lower deck. Upstairs in the loft, you'll find a game room with a pool table, shuffleboard, multi-arcade, and a big-screen TV for all the fun and entertainment you could ask for in a vacation getaway. Make the Bird's Nest your "home away from home" and enjoy all the comforts of home while you explore all that the Smoky Mountains have to offer. During the summer months, you will have free access to the nearby Honeysuckle Meadows Pool & Deli. Guests will be able to enjoy the pool, picnic tables, full-service deli & grill along with a catch-and-release pond.

*A signed Rental Agreement and a valid photo ID are required from Red Door Getaways after booking. Following your booking, we will send these documents to you. To finalize your reservation, you MUST electronically sign and send these documents back to us.
Please note: The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We only supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund of the amount payable (if the trip is paid in full, otherwise the initial deposit is held) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund (minus the cleaning fee) if you cancel within 30 days of your arrival.
Reservations can not be changed within 30 days of your arrival.
